Regarding crashes

Hey guys, i noticed that the server has been crashing alot lately. If you guys can tell me what keeps causing it that would be helpful.

yeah, i had an item before that dced me if i moused over it...
also, when i try to login, i'd get to the character page, then i'd click my character, it'd lag for a second then go black and when i do the login fix and go back to the channel select, the channel that i did before to select the character is full and the character select doesnt do anything but if u go into another channel, it does the same thing and it shows that its full... does this help at all? haha
